[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex technology initiatives in a regulated environment, focusing on enterprise integration and middleware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Developing detailed project plans
- Facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Overseeing the development of technical requirements
- Influencing project direction in a highly matrixed environment
- Ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement
Skills
- 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale, complex projects
- Experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway & Connect:Direct
- Strong knowledge of IBM MQ, enterprise integration, and middleware technologies
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage dependencies
- Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Banking or highly regulated industry experience
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with Axway Secure Transfer
