[Remote] Account Executive AKA Closer!

They are seeking a high-performing Account Executive who specializes in high-ticket B2B closing, responsible for cultivating prospects, presenting Automotive Strategy Analysis, and closing contracts.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Pipeline: Master all company offerings, marketing strategies, scripts, and pre-built sales systems to represent Fountain Forward with a comprehensive understanding of our services
- Run Strategy Presentations: Take qualified leads handed off by our BDR, analyze their submitted dealership data packages (ADFs), and deliver high-impact Automotive Strategy Analysis (ASA) presentations
- Relentless Follow-Up: Manage your active prospect pipeline daily through our CRM tools, maintaining flawless data accuracy and pursuing outstanding contracts through the entire 60-day sales cycle
- Relationship Building: Nurture client relationships from the first discovery sync through the final signature. Write personalized, handwritten follow-up letters to prospects following completed discovery calls
- Self-Generated Pipelines: While you are heavily supported by Meta ads and a dedicated BDR, you are expected to proactively prospect, network, and self-generate a portion of your own pipeline via outbound outreach, industry events, and digital conferences
- Maintain a rigorous daily prospecting and activity schedule, keeping 100% accurate, real-time notes on every lead in Salesforce
- Review your pipeline velocity and micro-conversion metrics (Show rates, Presentation rates, and Close rates) weekly with the Sales Director
- Meet or exceed monthly closing quotas (Target: 4–5 new dealership contracts signed per month)
Skills
- 3+ years of high-ticket B2B sales experience specifically selling digital, marketing, or software solutions directly to Automotive Dealerships (GMs, Owners, and Dealer Principals)
- Extreme comfort navigating and logging activities inside Salesforce
- You are a self-starter who thrives working 100% remotely, managing your own schedule, and hitting deadlines without needing direct supervision
- You hold yourself to the highest performance standards and bring a relentless attitude to overcoming objections and rejection
- You are excited to participate in ongoing sales training, practice scripts, and constantly push yourself to sharpen your closing techniques
