[Remote] Brand Marketing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Motion Recruitment is seeking a Regional Marketing Analyst to support the marketing and sales operations team for one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world. The role involves managing experiential brand marketing campaigns, sales/marketing performance reporting, and operational support for events and sponsorships.
Responsibilities
- Regional event/sponsorship planning, support, event activation, and analysis
- Regional and Dealer Ad Group campaign support and administration
- Monthly invoicing, liaison to Accounts Payable, regional budget reconciliation, and management of non-media spend
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of marketing
- Vehicle pool fleet management and administration
- Organization and management of marketing documents in shared folder
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales and customer experience functions
Skills
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and implementation skills
- Passion for the Audi brand and desire to be part of the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of the portfolio of domestic & import luxury model ranges
- Strong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills, and the ability to work with all management levels
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
- Experience with Tableau to support the reporting needs
- Marketing operations experience to support vehicle fleet coordination for events
- Meet with dealerships for planning, monthly invoicing, and budgets
- General understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organization
- Relevant retail or corporate automotive experience
- Resource management
