[Remote] Senior Sales Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to lead the recruitment of top-tier sales talent, develop sourcing strategies, and optimize the interview process to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive Go-To-Market Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts for high-impact revenue roles (including Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and GTM functions) in close collaboration with sales leadership and senior management
- Build Pipeline & Sourcing Strategies: Develop creative candidate sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent, manage pipeline metrics, and effectively leverage sourcing tools and vendors
- Optimize the Interview Process: Refine and optimize our hiring workflows to ensure a fast, competitive, and world-class candidate experience from first contact to close
- Partner with Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to sales hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation trends, and data-driven recruiting recommendations
- Elevate Recruiting Practices: Participate in and lead special projects or recruiting initiatives to continually up-level Ethos' employer brand and sales hiring best practices
Skills
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 3+ years specifically dedicated to sales/GTM recruiting in a fast-paced environment
