[Remote] Workday Analyst

As a Workday Analyst, you will optimize the Workday platform across key HR modules, ensuring smooth operations and supporting employees by translating business needs into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Evaluate new Workday features and recommend improvements aligned to business needs
- Support semi-annual Workday releases, including testing and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations, and manage data uploads using EIBs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience working with Workday in an analytical or functional role
- Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
- Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to support a range of users
- Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, or learning
- Knowledge of Workday integrations, data flows, and system architecture
- Experience configuring Workday security and business processes
- Background in building Workday reports and dashboards
- Strong organization skills with a focus on continuous improvement and user adoption
