[Remote] Senior Analyst, Customer Success
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JD Power is a leading company in automotive analytics, seeking a Senior Analyst in the OEM Customer Success organization. The role involves acting as a data analyst lead, providing insights on automotive sales and pricing, and building relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Leverage intellectual curiosity and cutting-edge BI tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insights
- Serve as the customer success analyst for our key clients, build trusted advisor relationships and ensure they can leverage J.D. Power's data to gain high-value insights
- Proactively identify solutions to support the sales and business development organization
- Generate in-depth analysis explaining changes in the U.S. automotive retail industry, acting as the subject matter expert on sales volume, pricing, incentives, and residual values
- Lead discussions with J.D. Power users at OEMs
- Create effective case studies, thought leadership articles, and compelling presentations to highlight the value of J.D. Power’s data and services
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive retail sales or reporting roles, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics
- Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Experience using BI platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot for analysis
- Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking
- Automotive industry experience in finance, analytics, corporate strategy, or pricing is highly desirable
- General interest and understanding of trends in the automotive industry is desirable
