[Remote] Digital CRM Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hexaware Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud Business Analyst to drive transformation in revenue operations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and define business requirements for Salesforce-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Operations to gather and document requirements
- Lead workshops to understand current-state processes and define future-state business capabilities
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Act as liaison between business users, architects, developers, QA, and implementation partners
- Analyze and design solutions for: Product catalog and product hierarchy, Bundles, nested bundles, and product configuration, Pricing models, discounting, approvals, and guided selling, Quote generation and quote lifecycle, Contracting and renewals, Subscription and usage-based business models, Amendments, ramp deals, co-terming, and renewals, Revenue lifecycle processes
- Support implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities
- Define business rules for pricing, promotions, entitlements, and commercial structures
Skills
- 5–10+ years overall experience
- 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
- Strong domain expertise in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud
- Experience with subscription models
- Experience with pricing strategies
- Experience with product catalog management
- Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and Operations
- Ability to gather and document requirements
