[Remote] Clinical Revenue Cycle Sr Consultant

They are seeking a Clinical Revenue Cycle Sr Consultant to oversee clinical revenue management tasks and collaborate with client leadership to optimize revenue cycles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day tasks related to clinical revenue management and charge capture optimization projects
- Apply both your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to support our clients
- Leverage advanced technology tools to deliver high-quality analysis and process improvement strategies
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' revenue cycles
- Collaborate with various levels of client leadership
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business or a health-related field is required (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly desirable)
- 3-5 years of deep healthcare experience is required, with a focus on professional billing coding and charging
- Previous experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions
- Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, with a specific focus on coding and charge capture processes, is required
- Strong technical knowledge in your area of expertise, along with relevant licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is expected
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, guide cross-functional teams, and interact with all levels of client and internal staff
- Exceptional financial and analytical skills are required, with a strong aptitude for using data and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel) to drive decision-making and process improvement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, showcasing the ability to foster client relationships and grow business opportunities
- This position requires up to 20% travel to client sites as needed
