[Remote] Applied AI Solutions Analyst

The AI Solutions Analyst will drive initiatives by identifying opportunities, architecting solutions, and implementing AI technologies to improve legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with legal teams to identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutions
• Design and develop applications leveraging foundation models, ranging from conversational tools to advanced document automation platforms
• Build and deploy multi-step, autonomous workflows that streamline legal and business processes through system integrations
• Craft and refine prompts to create highly customized, domain-specific AI outputs
• Connect AI tools with internal systems such as Microsoft 365, document management platforms, and enterprise data environments
• Facilitate iterative design cycles by gathering user feedback, refining solutions, and maintaining clear documentation
• Stay current with advancements in large language models and emerging AI technologies, recommending practical applications for the firm

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering software or technical solutions in roles such as business analysis, product, or solutions engineering
• Exposure to legal processes or systems (e.g., matter lifecycle, knowledge systems, client service delivery)
• Practical experience working with AI tools or building AI-driven solutions (professional or personal projects)
• Strong ability to design and optimize prompts within at least one major AI platform
• Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST/JSON), ideally within cloud environments such as Azure
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain AI behavior and concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent experience
• Experience with autonomous agent frameworks or orchestration of multi-step AI processes
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation platforms
• Understanding of ethical and responsible AI considerations
