[Remote] Lead Design Engineer - UI/UX & iOS

Tenth Revolution Group is a rapidly scaling, product-driven organization seeking a Lead Design Engineer with expertise in UI/UX design and iOS development. This role involves leading design efforts for mobile and web applications, collaborating with engineers, and shaping user experiences for enterprise-grade products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across mobile (iOS) and web applications
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Translate product requirements into high-impact, user-centered designs
• Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life in iOS applications
• Drive design consistency and scalability across a growing engineering team
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable UI patterns
• Play a key role in shaping user experience for next-generation, enterprise-grade products

Skills

• Strong experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of mobile and web work
• Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI or UIKit)
• Expertise in rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale product environments
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced setting with evolving priorities
• Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering teams
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems
• Background in design systems or component libraries
• Familiarity with frontend development concepts
