[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

CENTINELA FEED, INC. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals within the assigned region
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct regular visits with customers, distributors, and key accounts to strengthen partnerships and drive sales
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional opportunities within company guidelines
- Train, mentor, and support sales representatives and store management teams as needed
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote company products and services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong business relationships
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information within company systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices
