[Remote] Analyst - Legal Operations

They are seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support Fortune 500 law departments in managing eBilling solutions and improving operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Support day to day delivery across managed services workstreams with strong expertise in TeamConnect
  • Support the matter management lifecycle
  • Review legal spend and eBilling

Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent track record in previous customer support/customer service engagements
  • Experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or similar role within an organization
  • Prior role as a consultant or in-house strategy analyst
  • Demonstrated track record of utilizing and supporting TeamConnect is required
  • Experience with legal eBilling
  • Experienced and proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Degree or relevant work experience in a relevant industry
