[Remote] Marketing & Brand Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Digital Trust Company is a newly established federally chartered trust bank focusing on digital asset services. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to elevate their brand, drive measurable growth, and shape how they present themselves in the fintech and digital asset market.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform marketing and communications strategies
- Help define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Plan and deliver high-impact initiatives including events, sponsorships, partnerships, and CSR programs
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, and thought leadership
- Oversee creation of compelling content including digital campaigns, blogs, case studies, presentations, and newsletters
- Ensure all content is brand-aligned, SEO-optimized, and designed to drive engagement and client acquisition
- Elevate executive presence and company voice through thought leadership and strategic communications
- Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other platforms), driving engagement and brand visibility
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across channels
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Business Development to create marketing materials that support revenue growth
- Support sales enablement with tailored content and campaigns
- Define KPIs and measure campaign performance, ROI, and impact
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing programs and inform future strategy
- Manage marketing budget and external agencies, ensuring efficient and effective spend
Skills
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, or digital assets/crypto
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing campaigns that drive awareness and revenue
- Strong storytelling and content development skills with a sharp eye for brand voice
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, PR)
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing campaigns
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with excellent time management and ownership mentality
- Curiosity and interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies
