[Remote] Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RedBrick Staffing is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting workplace culture initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with decision makers to align HR strategies/goals
- Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning (e.g. forecasting, succession planning, skill-gap analyses, etc.), & change management initiatives
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective onboarding for new hires
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process (i.e. job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, & offer negotiation)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting & selection process
- Manage ATS, applicants, employer branding/marketing, and employee referrals, & coordinate interviews
- Partner with business leaders to create job descriptions & job requirements & selection best practices
- Manage recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws & company policies – communicate/relay to employees as needed
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent & strengthen the company’s market presence
- Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs to support business goals – maintain up-to-date
- Lead HR audits, oversee compliance & manage employee records
- Prepare & processes compliance & HR reports for leadership – Analyze data to identify trends & areas for improvement
- Support the performance appraisal process & employee performance topics
- Guide Supervisors & Managers with various employment, hiring, and terminating topics
- Support workplace investigations, employee concerns, conflicts, & grievances
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Other duties as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or similar
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience – strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, & employment laws
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive & confidential information
- Strong proficiency with HR tech systems and MS Office
- Goal oriented with a sense of urgency, high energy & enthusiasm
- Excellent time management & critical thinking skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with a variety of individuals at varying levels of the organization
