Career Group is a global e-commerce and digital services company seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience by serving as a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the hiring process
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and interview teams to develop effective recruiting strategies and drive successful hiring outcomes
  • Source, engage, and assess qualified candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting techniques
  • Maintain a steady flow of candidates through the hiring process while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and recruiting recommendations to support hiring decisions
  • Track recruiting performance through metrics, reporting, and data analysis to ensure hiring goals are achieved
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and overall hiring experience
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through structured interviewing and equitable hiring practices

Skills

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 5 years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting across a broad range of non-technical functions and organizational levels, from entry-level through senior leadership
  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent
  • Extensive experience working within Workday Recruiter or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload of complex requisitions across multiple business functions and geographic regions
  • Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging recruiting metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve performance
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
