Regional Sales Representative (ID, MT, WY)

The Opportunity As a Regional Sales Representative, you’ll own and grow your territory by building strong partnerships across the sports community while representing a brand that truly lives the game. What You’ll Do
- Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Mountain West territory
- Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners
- Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools, and youth sports organizations
- Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)
- Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events
- Track market trends and competitor activity
- Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records
What You Bring
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in athletics is preferred
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently
- High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
