[Remote] NetSuite Finance Transformation Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sayva Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer product client on a NetSuite optimization engagement. The role involves improving NetSuite usability, reporting, and aligning finance and operational workflows by assessing current configurations and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand current workflows, pain points, and enhancement goals across Finance/Accounting and adjacent teams
• Document business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solution design (configuration, process, reporting, and controls)
• Optimize key NetSuite workflows (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, approvals) as applicable
• Improve reporting and analytics (saved searches, dashboards, KPIs) to increase visibility and decision support
• Evaluate roles/permissions and strengthen system controls where needed
• Support testing/UAT, training, and change management to drive adoption
• Partner with technical resources on integrations, data quality, and advanced solutions as needed

Skills

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite optimization and configuration in a production environment
• Strong requirements gathering skills and the ability to translate needs into practical, scalable NetSuite solutions
• Experience improving NetSuite reporting (saved searches, dashboards, KPIs) for business stakeholders
• Solid understanding of finance/accounting concepts and how they map to ERP workflows (GL, AP, AR, close, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• SuiteFlow / SuiteAnalytics experience
• Integrations and multi-entity experience
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator, Consultant)
