[Remote] VP of Sales

  • You can create effective management and accountability structures that work
  • You have a knack for coaching and improving the #performance of sales teams
  • You prefer building long-term relationships and managing #processes on a contract basis
  • You can spot when a business needs help: whether the owner is acting as the sales manager, there's no current sales manager, an underperforming sales manager, or a #salesperson stepping in

  • You possess deep knowledge of sales management, sales improvement, and sales coaching
