[Remote] Senior Marketing Manager

Distro is a company focused on enhancing customer experiences, and they are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead customer and lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role involves developing strategies to drive engagement and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty
• Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and increasing lifetime value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience
• Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer and lifecycle marketing
• Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients
• Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department
• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer and lifecycle marketing
• MBA preferred
