[Remote] Sales Manager – Utility Solar Modules

The role involves driving sales and identifying growth opportunities in the US market, conducting market analysis, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Drive utility-scale solar module sales and identify growth opportunities in the US market
- Conduct market analysis including supply and demand trends, government policies, competitor activities, and distributor performance
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, developers, and EPCs
- Set quarterly and annual sales targets and ensure achievement through proactive initiatives
- Support regional marketing campaigns including exhibitions, presentations, and product launches
- Prepare regular sales reports tracking progress against goals
- Gather customer feedback and market trends to help shape product strategy and roadmap
- Develop customized proposals for customer tenders, optimizing technical and commercial aspects
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for product expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on product delivery and scheduling
- Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to oversee product launches
Skills
- MUST be eligible to work in the United States
- 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop business opportunities
- Familiarity with customer procurement processes
- Strong ability to define product guidelines, make decisions, and drive initiatives to completion
- Experience understanding financial reports including budgets and product expenditures
- Strong planning, strategic thinking, and organizational skills
- Willing to travel
