Business Development Representative
Scribe is a rapidly growing company that focuses on optimizing workflows through their Workflow AI platform. The Business Development Representative will convert interest from Scribe's user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, working closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Turn interest from Scribe’s rapidly growing PLG user base into qualified enterprise opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline goals
- Research target accounts and key stakeholders to create thoughtful, high-impact outreach strategies
- Design and execute outbound and reactivation campaigns that engage new accounts and re-engage dormant prospects
- Build trusted partnerships with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer handoffs and strong win rates
- Lead high-value prospect conversations, including discovery and light product education, to identify enterprise fit
- Experiment with new outreach strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to test and scale what works
- Represent Scribe in webinars, trainings, and live customer interactions that help users experience the product’s value firsthand
Skills
- 6m-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with exposure to prospecting, customer conversations, or inbound lead management
- You bring infectious energy and strong communication skills to every interaction and have a genuine interest in sales as a career
- You've demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, or achievement through internships, extracurriculars, athletics, or other experiences
- You're naturally curious and excited to continuously learn new technologies and sales strategies like AI and LLMs
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt quickly as priorities evolve
