Rock Advisors Inc. is a forward-thinking real estate company focused on helping developers build rental apartments in Canada. They are seeking a Sales & Relationship Associate to engage with developers, investors, and property owners through genuine conversations and relationship building, with a focus on discovery calls and Zoom meetings.
Responsibilities
- You’re having real conversations with developers, investors, and property owners across North America — figuring out what they’re building, where they’re headed, and where we fit in
- Discovery calls
- Zoom meetings
Skills
- Ability to walk into any room or Zoom call and own it
- Genuine fascination with people and business
- Ability to receive feedback and use it as fuel
- Ownership of results
- Comfort in fast-moving environments
- Experience in BDR/SDR, mortgage agents, car sales, insurance & finance, account management, hospitality, athletes, recent grads, or real estate agents ready for a change
- Drive and people skills
