- Generate leads and follow up with consistency and professionalism
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions that continuously build your skill set
- Set appointments for buyers and sellers as your confidence and pipeline develop
- Nurture client relationships through phone calls, emails, and structured follow-up systems
- Keep your CRM accurate and up to date
- Track your activity and progress toward both your individual goals and the broader goals of the team
Skills
- Newly licensed or entry-level agents
- Motivated and coachable
