Sales Development Representative
ChurnZero is the industry’s leading Customer Success Management Platform, powering growth and retention for the world’s B2B SaaS companies. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate a qualified pipeline of sales opportunities by connecting with customer success leaders and driving conversations that enhance revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the top of the funnel by qualifying, educating, and progressing leads to sales-ready opportunities
- Conduct daily multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, social) to connect with high-potential prospects to gain their interest in ChurnZero’s solution
- Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging to drive engagement
- Actively listen to uncover prospect pain points and position ChurnZero as the solution to their challenges
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to optimize outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity notes, and data hygiene in Salesforce
- Consistently hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and metrics to achieve goals
Skills
- Currently reside in the Washington DC area
- Enjoy being a proactive and thoughtful conversationalist
- Have a passion for curiosity and learning with a growth mindset
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Want to be in technology sales
- Pride yourself for being organized, self-motivated, adaptable, coachable, and trainable
- Have a college degree or transferrable experience
