Inside Sales Representative
Verizon is a leading telecommunications company committed to innovation and empowering customers. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to generate sales and provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, helping customers understand and utilize their wireless services effectively.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution
- Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
- Handling an average of 30-40 consistent inbound and outbound calls per day with little to no downtime between calls
Skills
- Associate's degree or one or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Willingness to work in a sales commission-based environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Meet all home office requirements listed below
- An Associate's Degree
- Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales
- 2 or more years of sales experience
