[Remote] Business Development Representative - Power
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fortra is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join their Sales team. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of the customer base through lead generation campaigns and collaboration with Regional Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation for new software and services
- Calling campaigns targeted towards new customer acquisition
- Cross-sell referrals
- Manage current customer license transfer and upgrade communication, negotiation, and processing
- Set-up product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software
- Continuously refine and improve business analysis processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes
