[Remote] Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Default Fees & Costs Coordinator, I to join their team. This role involves requesting, compiling, and summarizing fees and costs for specific requests, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and communicating with law firms to gather necessary information. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize workflow and processing of CIT requests
- Request and compile fees and costs via Tempo comtag or email and summarize in Fiserv
- May help send reinstatement letters via the correct predetermined avenue once letter is verified for accuracy
- Ensure compliance deadlines are met
- Ensure Investor/Insurer/state guidelines are followed
- Communicate with various law firms to gather required information needed for the outstanding fees/costs
- Adhere to company and department policies and procedures
- Follow established company guidelines to increase revenue and reduce losses
- Understanding of the loan servicing default related documents preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to complete research within applicable systems to identify appropriate documentation to support invoicing
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high production environment
- Ability to work independently and organize workflow

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
