The role involves independently handling cases, structuring discovery plans, and preparing for trial while working in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation and general liability matters
• Independently manage cases and analyze/research complex issues
• Structure discovery plans and take/defend depositions
• Manage document-intensive cases and draft dispositive motions
• Prepare for trial and represent clients, particularly in the financial industry

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation and/or general liability matters
• Washington licensed
• Strong academic credentials
