[Remote] Insurance Product Analyst

As an Insurance Product Analyst, you will analyze performance, track industry trends, and support product strategy development alongside experienced teams.

Responsibilities

• Support product analysis by gathering and organizing data related to product performance, pricing, and underwriting trends
• Assist with market research and help maintain competitive intelligence across insurance products and states
• Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders
• Coordinate with actuarial and underwriting teams on updates to guidelines and pricing inputs
• Track regulatory updates and assist the team in keeping product documentation aligned with compliance standards
• Work within systems like Excel and SQL to run queries and manipulate data under guidance from senior analysts
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to support product development and enhancements

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Insurance, or a related field
• Strong interest in insurance, data, and analytics—especially in product development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL or other data tools is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn in a collaborative environment
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across teams
