PART-TIME CONTENT ASSISTANT - JUICE JERKY
Juice Jerky is a San Diego-based fruit leather brand looking for a part-time Content Assistant to enhance their social media presence. The role involves capturing and producing short-form video content at farmers markets and editing footage for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Responsibilities
- Monitor our market camera feed and log timestamps
- Keep a running notes doc so nothing gets missed during busy periods
- Occasionally capture supplemental footage on a phone for close-ups or behind-the-scenes moments
- Review raw footage using your timestamp notes
- Clip 6–8 short-form videos (15–60 seconds) ready for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Deliver an organized folder of clips each week for final review and posting
Skills
- You use TikTok and Instagram Reels personally and genuinely enjoy short-form video content
- You have a strong instinct for what stops a scroll — you just know a good moment when you see one
- Basic video editing skills (you're already using CapCut, InShot, or similar — nothing fancy required)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently after market days
- Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, content creation for a brand, or a background in marketing or film
