[Remote] Wealth Solutions - Investment Advisor

As a Wealth Solutions Investment Advisor, you will guide clients in achieving their financial goals through consultations and asset consolidation, while collaborating with senior advisors to ensure smooth transitions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial consultations to identify client goals and recommend solutions aligned with their objectives
- Facilitate onboarding and asset consolidation for clients entering Empower’s Wealth Solutions program
- Utilize Salesforce and Empower’s planning tools to manage pipelines, document interactions, and follow up on opportunities
- Collaborate with Senior Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless client transitions
- Meet monthly activity and conversion targets while maintaining regulatory and policy compliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Fully licensed candidates are preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with CRM systems and financial planning technology tools
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or customer service preferred
- State life and health insurance license preferred
- Exposure to advisory, investment, or wealth management roles
- Strong motivation to build a career in financial advisory services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Passion for improving client financial literacy and long-term confidence
