  • Guide members through the enrollment process, eligibility verification, and claim status inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to resolve issues on the first call, escalating only when necessary to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and arenaflex’s internal security standards.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system with precision, ensuring data integrity for future reference and analytics.
  • Participate in an eight‑week on‑site training program that blends hands‑on learning, self‑paced modules, and leadership coaching.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, which rotate between 6 am and 7 pm local time, to support business needs and provide coverage across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every conversation, reinforcing arenaflex’s “Heart at Work” behaviors.
  • Continuously seek out product knowledge, policy updates, and best‑practice techniques to become a subject‑matter expert.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, helping the team evolve and deliver even better member experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military service, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based applications and basic computer navigation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a strong desire to learn and grow within a health‑care environment.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a distraction‑free workspace for remote work.
  • Demonstrated reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and meeting performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Associate’s degree or related experience in health care, business, or communications.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Natural ability to relate to members in a patient, helpful manner, showing genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
  • Strong oral communication, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette.
  • Empathy, patience, and confidence when handling complex or emotional member situations.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
