- Member Advocacy: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy, addressing inquiries about benefits, eligibility, claims, provider networks, and plan changes.
- High‑Volume Call Management: Handle an average of 40+ calls per day while maintaining composure, active listening, and adherence to quality standards.
- Accurate Documentation: Record every interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring that member histories, resolutions, and follow‑up actions are captured precisely.
- Problem Solving: Research member accounts, investigate claim details, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Essential Qualifications
