[Remote] Sales & Customer Service Officer (Remote – Night Shift)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RecruitSG is a Singapore-based travel agency specializing in leisure travel, particularly Muslim-friendly and halal tour experiences. They are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries and support sales conversions while ensuring a smooth customer experience during night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
- Provide accurate information on travel packages and promotions
- Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings
- Handover qualified leads to the sales team when required
- Ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and lead status (pending / converted / handed over)
Skills
- Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working night shift hours
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage
