Senior Educational Consultant (Remote)

Our client, a prestigious educational consulting firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Educational Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role involves providing expert advice and strategic solutions to educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. You will lead comprehensive assessments of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance student outcomes, operational efficiency, and institutional effectiveness. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, analyzing educational data, researching best practices, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The consultant will also be responsible for project management, client relationship management, and contributing to business development efforts. A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Education, Public Policy, Administration, or a related field is required. A minimum of ten years of experience in educational leadership, policy analysis, or strategic consulting within the education sector is essential. Proven expertise in curriculum development, assessment, school improvement, or educational technology is highly desirable. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills are critical.
