Platform Consultant

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and skilled Salesforce HLS consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to elicit requirements, plan product backlogs, write user stories and acceptance criteria, configure the customer's Salesforce platform to meet the user stories, and demonstrate the work to the customer. You will work in conjunction with Salesforce project managers and developers to create a full delivery team providing top-quality Salesforce healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, object management, custom automations, reports & dashboards, and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce functionality and provide timely resolutions. Provide training and support to client users throughout the implementation and support periods. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and enhancements, implementing changes as necessary. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to deliver Salesforce solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Salesforce Administrator certification, plus 1 Consultant certification. Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role. Strong understanding of information security principles as they relate to CRM systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration across teams and with client stakeholders. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the HLS ecosystem and Salesforce Health Cloud is a bonus.
