Project Coordinator

The Will Group is an established company with nearly four decades of experience in the construction and utility industries. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects by coordinating activities, managing project data, and facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Support project planning, execution, and tracking to ensure alignment with scope and timelines
  • Maintain organized documentation and accurate project data
  • Generate reports and monitor project performance, identifying risks or delays
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams, operations, and clients
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, engineering, construction, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience with project tracking systems or ERP tools
  • Exposure to engineering or construction environments
