Overview: This position assists Project Manager with tracking, reporting, purchasing and other administrative duties, anticipate or solve problems and determining internal customer needs. Duties may include contract management in the absence of the Project Manager, and interface with the Government . Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides management, organizational, business, and technical leadership and services to ensure successful completion of tasks on a timely basis and within budget.
  • Successfully operates Distribution Centers, consistently meets APLs, improves space utilization, and reduces costs.
  • Maintains audit readiness through peak demand and special projects.
  • Utilizes WMS and other Government Data Systems.
  • Continuously improves operations through the growth and development of supervisors and leads.
  • Extensive experience in organizational development, team building, mentoring, and problem-solving.
  • Monitors the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure that the responsibilities of authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
  • Promote effective two-way communications throughout the business operation.
  • ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements, within 48 hours of notification. .

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Implements employee incentives and mentors/trains employees.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent five (5) years Government or private-sector work experience) and one (1) years of management experience.
  • Experience in managing projects, contracts, funds, and resources.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be articulate, creative, a problem solver, a decision-maker, and a change agent.
  • Ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements within 48 hours of notifications.
  • Has the authority to resolve problems, allocate resources, manage personnel, and monitor operation performance taking direction from the Government to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently works in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and has strong attention to detail.

Security Clearance: SECRET Level Required

  • Must have a current United States Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to maintain a U.S. Government SECRET clearance.
