Associate Specialist, Finance Business Partnering

• Prepares data extracts, reconciles sources, and builds baseline reports to support monthly results, forecasts, and budgets.
• Maintains simple financial models and dashboards, updates assumptions, and documents methodology to ensure transparency and repeatability.
• Collaborates with operational stakeholders to collect inputs, validate drivers, and align timelines for planning cycles.
• Supports ad-hoc analysis on costs, pricing, and productivity, ensuring accuracy and consistency with finance policies.
• Adheres to internal controls and data quality standards, contributing to continuous improvement of FP&A processes.
• Produces first-pass variance analyses with clear, factual commentary and escalates anomalies for review.
