As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of our 24/7 call center facility, providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for receiving and categorizing calls, maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, and exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills. - Receive and categorize inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Utilize email, phone, and chat as primary communication methods
- Work from home in a quiet and distraction-free environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including handling 100-150 inbound calls per shift
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of prior experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
- Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
- Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
- Personal headset (optional)

- Experience with call center software and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
