Your Role as a Seller Operations Associate

As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our sellers and customers, handling a wide range of event and order-related questions. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Manage transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers
  • Respond to emails and take calls on a broad range of event and order-related questions
  • Ensure timely confirmation of orders by ticket sellers
  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected and resolve issues fairly and constructively
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities
  • Navigate order queues to provide real-time assistance

Your Progress as a Seller Operations Associate

As you progress in your role, you can expect to:

  • 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about arenaflex's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
  • 60 days in: Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
  • 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Environment and Schedule

Our Coppell, TX office is a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team. Your work schedule will be:

  • First 4 weeks: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm for training (paid and in-office)
  • Hybrid model: 3 days in-office and 2 days at home
  • Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off
