The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Performing searches on websites for information
  • Auditing reports and sheets of data
  • Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
  • Reviewing finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
  • Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

  • Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
  • Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
  • Performing searches on websites for information
  • Auditing reports and sheets of data
  • Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
  • Reviewing finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
  • Obtaining further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
  • Expertise in computer research and data entry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data entry and classification systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
