• Active Adjuster Insurance License
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to type at least 25 wpm
• Proficient in using desktop computer systems

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Licensed Insurance Representative - Customer Service and Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
• Assisting customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
• Communicating with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
• De-escalating and resolving customer issues as necessary
• Tracking all relevant call information for auditing purposes

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
• Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Must be over 18 years of age
• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
