As a member of the arenaflex family, you will join a purpose‑driven organization that values caring, connecting, and growing together, and you will play a vital role in a company that is reshaping the future of health care.

Why This Role Matters

Data is the lifeblood of modern health‑care. Accurate, timely, and secure data entry ensures that clinicians have the information they need to deliver optimal care, insurers can process claims efficiently, and patients receive the services they deserve. As a Senior Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be the guardian of that data, turning raw source documents into reliable digital records that power arenaflex’s analytics platforms and support millions of health‑care interactions every day.

Position Overview

This is a full‑time, nationally remote position. You will work standard business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) from the comfort of your home, with occasional overtime or weekend work required to meet business needs. The role includes a comprehensive four‑week paid virtual training program, during which you will learn arenaflex’s systems, security protocols, and best practices for high‑volume data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate alphabetical/numerical keypunch machines when required, ensuring precision and speed.
  • Validate entered data against source material, performing clerical checks to guarantee accuracy.
  • Review, revise, approve, and dispatch input and output materials according to established specifications and compliance standards.
  • Identify deviations from standard procedures, flagging anomalies and recommending corrective actions.
  • Follow general instructions for routine tasks and detailed guidance for new or complex assignments.
  • Maintain productivity metrics as defined by arenaflex’s client performance standards.
  • Document and communicate emerging trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in special projects, process‑improvement initiatives, and cross‑functional teams as assigned.
  • Adhere to arenaflex’s Telecommuter Policy, ensuring data security and confidentiality at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
    • Word – creating correspondence, using templates, and formatting documents.
    • Excel – data entry, sorting, filtering, and working within tables.
    • Outlook – managing email communications and calendar scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in the health‑care sector, providing familiarity with medical terminology and workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with major electronic health‑record (EHR) systems such as EPIC, Cerner, or comparable hospital applications.
