Global ESG Coordinator Application Deadline: 5 July 2026 Department: Procurement Employment Type: Full Time Location: Europe Reporting To: Olivia Benier Description We are looking for a Global ESG Coordinator to support the company’s sustainability strategy by ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and reporting across all ESG frameworks. You will work cross functionally to strengthen the quality, consistency, and impact of sustainability disclosures and communications. Enable transparent and credible reporting aligned with major frameworks, while also contributing to internal and external ESG communications This is a fully remote role based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate ESG data collection across departments (HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.) and improve data availability and quality. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness by preparing documentation for audits and external verification. Maintain and improve ESG data management systems and processes by supporting training and awareness on ESG data requirements. Identify opportunities to improve ESG data processes and reporting efficiency. Monitor evolving ESG regulations and frameworks. Contribute to ESG communication materials, including quarterly sustainability newsletters and external sustainability content. Manage internal renewable energy purchases (EACs) from end to end. Manage the Employee Engagement Programme. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Strong understanding of ESG frameworks (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, SBTi) Strong analytical and organizational skills: Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and a high level of rigour Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Equal Opportunities adm Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
