New Product Introduction Engineer
A leading manufacturing company is hiring a New Product Introduction Engineer to support a manufacturing team. This permanent role is based in a hybrid on-site regional location. The position focuses on managing the commercialization of new products from development to production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launches. *New Product Introduction Engineer Responsibilities:*
- Oversee the entire NPI process from engineering handoff to product release.
- Coordinate with suppliers and quality teams on first article plans.
- Serve as the technical liaison between engineering and manufacturing partners.
- Manage ERP system setup and bill of materials structures.
- Facilitate communication across procurement, finance, marketing, and transportation teams.
*New Product Introduction Engineer Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Between 3 and 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T standards.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and NPI programs.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
