The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who understands how to translate technical job requirements into effective screening conversations, creatively identify talent in competitive markets, and successfully close candidates in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to fully understand technical requirements, team needs, and success factors for each role. Meet recruiting performance metrics related to quality, speed, hiring manager satisfaction, and successful placements. Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting engineering, technical, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or professional services organizations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms. Experience recruiting passive candidates and building talent pipelines. Proven ability to assess candidates against technical job requirements rather than relying solely on keyword matching. Strong candidate closing and offer negotiation skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and recruiting team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting automotive and/or aerospace engineers, manufacturing professionals, skilled technical talent, or consultants. Experience working in staffing, consulting, or project-based organizations. Experience with enterprise applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Oracle Recruiting, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, or similar platforms. Success in This Role Successful recruiters in this role are curious, resourceful, and accountable. They take the time to understand the work, ask thoughtful questions of hiring managers, identify talent others miss, and consistently deliver highly qualified candidates. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Apply To This Job
