Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales and retention targets by promoting relevant arenaflex services and offers.
  • Manage cancellation and suspension requests, applying objection‑handling techniques to minimize churn.
  • Document interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with arenaflex product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, coaching calls, and performance reviews to sharpen skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, sales, or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a high‑volume customer service or sales environment, preferably within travel, hospitality, or e‑commerce.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention metrics.
  • Strong multitasking ability—comfortably juggling multiple calls, chats, and CRM updates simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with web‑based ticketing platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 2 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download) and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
