Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Measurement & Analysis: Track, analyze, and interpret core agent metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT), After‑Call Work (ACW), First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other KPIs that reflect the health of the contact center.
  • Agent Reliability & Attendance Analytics: Evaluate attendance patterns, login/logout behavior, no‑call/no‑show incidents, and other reliability indicators to ensure a robust staffing model.
  • Insight Generation: Use statistical techniques and data storytelling to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Dashboard Development: Build interactive, self‑service dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker that provide real‑time visibility to supervisors, senior leaders, and the broader arenaflex community.
  • Reward & Recognition Program Support: Design and maintain reporting frameworks that assess the effectiveness of incentive programs, recommending adjustments to maximize motivation and fairness.
  • Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Partner with the Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Training, and Product teams to align analytics with operational initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
