[Remote] Senior Account Manager (Paid Media)

They are seeking a proactive Account Manager to serve as the strategic point of contact for e-commerce clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and performance targets are met while fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of e-commerce client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention and growth
- Understand client business models, KPIs, margins, and growth targets
- Coordinate internal teams to execute campaigns across paid media, creative, email, and other channels
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Proactively troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions quickly
- Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic roadmaps
Skills
- 3+ years experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO, etc.)
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Commercial awareness and results-driven thinking
- Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and project management systems
- Fluent English
